True to its name, Paradigm General Contractors aims to set the standard for excellence by leveraging years of experience, knowledge and accomplishment in serving the construction industry.
Teamwork, communication and attention to detail are the cornerstones of the Paradigm philosophy and we bring all three to each and every one of our projects. We look to achieve a lasting relationship with our clients by performing the job exceptionally well and doing so on time and on budget. We also strive to make the project go smoothly and seamlessly, with as little inconvenience to our clients as possible.
We are a certified WBE (Woman Owned Business Enterprise) by both the WBENC (Women’s Business Enterprise Council) and the CPUC (California Public Utilities Commission) and are dedicated to delivering great quality at competitive rates.
Paradigm’s services include commercial tenant improvement, renovation construction, construction management, ground up metal building construction and LEED consulting. We are a local Bay Area small business headquartered in Richmond. Our portfolio of projects range from San Francisco to as far north as Ukiah and as far south as Oakhurst.
Environmental Sustainability
As a Construction Management and General Contracting firm we:
- Use low emission and fuel efficient vehicles
- Provide our project documentation electronically by email, FTP site or CD
- Use recycled paper and double sided printing
- Track our office water and energy use and solid and hazardous waste generation
- Have established voluntary reduction goals to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions; reduce energy and water consumption; reduce waste and increase recycling and composting
- Have adopted a written environmental preferable purchasing policy
- Have established a ‘Green Team’ that can help guide our efforts to keep our company green
- Inform our customers, clients and community about our efforts to meet green business standards
- Have established voluntary reduction goals to reduce our GHG emissions by 10%, reduce our water use by 10%, reduce our energy use by 10% and increase our 30% waste diversion by an additional 10%.
