Stephen McCulloch / Vice President

Stephen approaches each project with the confidence that comes from a rich and varied construction background that includes project management, field supervision, job scheduling, direct cost control, project estimating, owner/tenant relations and subcontractor relations.  When he walks a job site, he draws from his 25 years of practical experience in the building trades in the San Francisco Bay Area, having done everything from constructing high-end custom homes to overseeing large tenant improvement projects.

Before joining Paradigm, Stephen worked as a project manager for a major Bay Area millwork company, where he was responsible for project estimating, client relations, supervising work crews and job scheduling.  He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Economics from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, Calif.
